July 26, 1995 <br /> Design Review Committee Meeting <br /> Committee Members Present; Anthony Ferragamo, Edward Govoni, Steven vantol <br /> Mobil Oil 548 Route 2 - gin- O.C. Aubin representing Mobil for a sign on the <br /> Great Neck Road South entrance. Sign is to be 12 feet back from the properV line and <br /> was submitted as 38 by 66 inches and approximately 3.5 Feet to the bottom of the sign, It <br /> was requested that the sign be 18 inches by 5 feet , 3 feet to the top of the sign and have <br /> low junipers. The changes carne about by further discussion- after initial approval of the <br /> subr tial and fir. A bin had left. Mr. Arabin was informed by phone on July 28, 1995 and <br /> did not seem to have a problem. It was felt this was a residential road, a lame sign was <br /> o.ut of place and they_dust needed to indicate the entrance. <br /> D. J. Donahue, 408 Nathan Ellis Highway-- represented by Janet Willis - <br /> modifications to the b fldmg and landscaping . Added a dormer to the rear of the second <br /> floor and a drive through to the garage with the associated landscaping. The chanes were <br /> accepted as submitted. The Co nuttee required that a legible copy-be of the landscape <br /> plan be resubrtted. <br /> Office Building - Corner of Great Neck Road forth and old Barnstable Road ; <br /> represented by Franc Giampietro - Plans were revised per the request of the Board of <br /> Appeals to move the building back from Old Barnstable Road to allow for more green <br /> area. The revised layout was accepted and recommended. The Committee requrred a <br /> more detail plan with the number of trees and shrubs indicated with the caliber or size. <br /> The type of planting was acceptable.
