DESIGN REvlw <br /> September 2 , 1995 <br /> Present: Steven Vantol, Edward Govoni, Anthony Ferragamo, William Hauck <br /> Wendy wheeler, Mashpee Commons - Shop faces 1T. 151 sign review required by <br /> design review. Plans of a 15.5"'- by " overall hand carved sign with 3=d cutout letters <br /> with Hunter green background and gold writing. 2 window lettered : 16' by " long. <br /> g <br /> All signs approved by the three members. <br /> Mashpce Library Trustees, Cheryl Hawver- Submitted a ' by 2 " directional sign <br /> which has a green background and a white symbol. added under will be a 24�' by 1) with <br /> the word "library". It is an international logo sign which they to place on Route 151 for <br /> both directions and the location to be review by DPW director and approved by the <br /> Selectmen, All Members of the committee approved the sign. <br /> Beautification Council of Masbpee - presented a landscape plan of tete M sbpee rotary for <br /> informal review, All members agreed with the concept. <br /> Dunkin' Donuts, John's Pond Center - Tony stepped down, Steve and Ed reviewed the <br /> plan to relocate Dunkin" Donuts to rear of the building and install a drive up window. The <br /> Ninigret Street entrance will be widen to 44 feet.. a drive through sign will be located to <br /> indicate the lane the menu sign will be at the back of the building, it will be a flush sliding <br /> window for service and the pavement will be marked. The plan will be redone to show <br /> the buffer at Sassacus road and indicate the existing tree line with indigenous species to <br /> remain, it should show the no stacking portion of the lane, lines to be indicated and the <br /> bean shown, Final plan to be submitted to the building dept. to be forwarded to the <br /> members,, with no comments the plan is to be considered acceptable. <br />
