Mrs . Jacobson seconded the motion, All were in favor. <br /> 10 . Mrs . Jacobson moved to grant a special' events l . rmit to the Ma pee <br /> Wompanoag Tribal Council for the Annual Pow-Wow to be held <br /> July 2 - July 4 , 1988 . Mr. Gottlieb seconded the motion. All were <br /> in favor. <br /> OTHER OLD & NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1 . Mr. Gottlieb stated that he- had prepared a letter to the Secretary <br /> f Environmental Affairs` to - "i -ned by the Chairman expressing <br /> concern on the Env i t nmen t i- Ithc t Report on the proposed South <br /> Cape Beach project, <br /> Len Gobiel attended to give the Board a letter from Chris Buren <br /> of Now Seabury Corporation re ar din the Special. Permit extension <br /> and what New Seabury will agree to in regard to open space at the <br /> golf course and Buff lehead Bay. Mr. Lawrence stepped out burin <br /> this discussion. <br /> 8.- Mrs . Jacobson stated that Department/Committee Head need to be <br /> notified when they are to be involved in a meeting with the Board <br /> of Selectmen , <br /> 4 , Mr, Gottlieb discussed a letter from DEQE regarding landfills <br /> and the fact that the Torn is eligible for funding. He <br /> suggested a copy of this letter be forwarded to the Board of Health <br /> and " Wes t. n & Sampson Engineers . <br /> ihr <br /> k ■ * <br /> 5 .
