BOARD of SELECTMEN <br /> MINUTES - REGULAR SESSION <br /> MONDAY, DECEMBER s, 1988 <br /> PAGE SIX <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 91 (Cont, <br /> To see i. the Town will vote to authorize the Board of <br /> Health, Board of Selectmen and Sewer Commission to grant <br /> easements and any other necessary permlissions to or enter <br /> into contracts with, the East Mashoee Water Quality <br /> Consortium, Inc. , a nor -profit corporation, for the purposes <br /> of constructing and operating wastewater treatment and <br /> collection facilities on certain Town owned lands generally <br /> shown on a plan entitled ' East Mashpee Sewer Easements" <br /> which is on file in -the office of the Town Clerk, said lands <br /> to include portions of the parcels shown on the 1988 Mashpee <br /> Assessorst Maps as Map -Plot 63, Map 1-Plot 3 and Map 61-, <br /> Plot A, or take any othe action thereon. <br /> To see if the Town w i l{I ,rote to authorize the Mashpee Sewer <br /> Commission to construct an operate sand filter beds on <br /> approximaill-ely three acres o -the 14.5 acre Town owned pairce l <br /> now partially occupied by the Department of Public Works, <br /> said facilities to be located between the DPW garage and <br /> Ashers Path, approximately as shown on a plan entitled "East <br /> ashpee Wastewater Treatment Plan, Alternative #3" and on <br /> File in the office of- the Town Clerk, or take any other <br /> action thereon. <br /> The Board agreed to place the two articles submitted by the <br /> Fire Department on the warrant, but thaw further explanation <br /> was necessary. <br /> The Board agreed that the following article submitted y the <br /> Town Planner should be placed on the warrant, but that <br /> Assistant Town Counsel should review. <br /> To see if the Town will authorize the Board of Health <br /> and/or Board of selectmen, as appropriate, to grant a <br /> roadway and utility eas ent to Dolphin Bay Corporation over <br /> a portion of the land shorn as Mashpee Assessors' Map 61 , <br /> Plot 3 (the Town landfill ) as shown aenerally on a plan <br /> entitled "Ashers Path Realignment/Dolphin Bay Access" on <br /> file in the office of the Town Clerk, and furthermore to <br /> authorize the Board of selectmen to enter into any contracts <br /> or agreements and accept private donations relative to the <br /> realignment and reconstruction of Ashers Path at its <br /> intersection with Route 28, or take any tither action <br /> thereon. <br />
