Nauset Workshop wants to meet with Fincom re their budget <br /> 3. The Sandwich Library has retreived some of their artifacts <br /> from the museum. <br /> 4. Town Counsel to Willis requested removal of informal docket <br /> to formal procedure re Malcome MacDonald vs Assessors. <br /> 5 . University of R. I . thank' g Chet for attending Grant session <br /> 6 . Memorandum from Comte on Criminal Justice re Local involvement <br /> in Law enforcement Assist. Admn. Grant Program. Bottom line was not <br /> clearly states but indicates the possiblity that the Department, <br /> because the case is "UNIQUE" , may or may not accept the <br /> decision whether the Mashpees constituted a tribe within <br /> the meaning of other statutes of the US passed for the benefit <br /> of Indians . <br /> 14.
