Press asked to <br /> publicize this . <br /> Selectman Garland stated that he"might be able 'to get. the- <br /> paint <br /> hepaint without charge. <br /> 4. Jack Donner, irate''s Cove 'Beach ' ss-ociation, Inc, , presented <br /> letter from Association petitioning the' -Board for' four new <br /> speed signs and requested that spe d- Limn-t of 2 -be 'lowered <br /> o 1 .. <br /> Chairman stated letter would be sent to Chief of Police for <br /> comments and reconnmendations. <br /> Motion Ornade by Selectman Thomas , sedonded by selectman Garland <br /> to accept minutes .of 7/16/80., Vote .declared unanimous by <br /> Chairman. <br /> Motion made by selectman Thomas to accept -the "Regulations for <br /> Sale of Alcoholic Beverages" providing , there were no additions, <br /> or deletions. Selectman Garland se onded. Chairman declared <br /> vote unanimous. <br /> Chairman stated that what it basically means is that no alcoholic <br /> beverages served after 2 : 00 and all patrons out by 2: 200' <br /> Chairman requested that certified letter be- sent to each <br /> establishment on Thursday, enclosing the regulations - which will <br /> be effective August 1, 1980, selectman Thomas stated that she <br /> and Beverly would go around to establishments and charge licenses <br /> 7. Chairman asked . for motion to recind the R. J. white Lines bid. <br /> Selectman Garland so moved. Declared a Grote by Chairman. <br /> . Selectman Thomas made motion ,that a hearing be set for July 30, <br /> 1980 , at 2 : 30 p.m. regarding complaint filed by William Chase <br /> against Robert Cullen - excessive barking of his two dogs,, <br /> Chairman agreed. Certified letter to be sent td Robert Cullen, <br /> copy to William Chase informing of hearing. <br /> _4- <br />
