A <br /> APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS (continued) <br /> Mr. Murphy suggested that both Mr. Re and Mr. Virgilio meet with town counsel <br /> tomorrow and discuss all problems. <br /> Meeting was scheduled. <br /> - Mr. Bryant and Mr. Ferragamo were in regarding the status of Mashpee <br /> River, Selectman Hanson read the letter from the Division of Marine and Fisheries. <br /> He also pointed out that testing i being conducted by DEQE and Board of Health <br /> but they still do not know the reason. <br /> Mr. Ferragamo stated that he would be happy to do anything he can to help the <br /> town gat to the bottom of the problem. <br /> Selectman Thomas pointed out that DEQE asked for any help relative to walking <br /> along the banks- during low tide and observe any sources that may be flowing <br /> into the River. <br /> Mr. Ferragamo agre d to do so and report back, to Selectman Thomas who is preparing <br /> report for DEE. <br /> 45 - South Cape :sorts submitted ars application for a permit for two video. <br /> games to be operated seven days a week at the club house of south Cape Resorts. <br /> Selectman Thomas mored to approve the permit for two video games. Selectman <br /> Hansom seconded.
