Rogers stated - he lives 150 feet f ror the front porch and the <br /> dog is constantly barking for fifteen to twenty minutes. He also <br /> reported that one evening the' dog started barking at 7 : 30 p.m. and <br /> did not stop until 2 : 30 a.m. <br /> Mr . Evans reported she now has two dogs that are either barking or in <br /> his trash. <br /> Ms . Grover stated she does leave the dog alone one weekend a m nth <br /> and does come home late but the dog is tied while she is gone. <br /> However , she said, if she -is in—the-- a-rd - her..--.daugI -e -the—dg—wa*.-1 .- - ,w v <br /> run locse. <br /> Ms . Daley recon riends that the dog be tied or physically restrained <br /> at all times . <br /> Selectman Lawrence moved to issue a restraining order based on the <br /> evidence that the dog is a nuisance and is allowed to roam freely. <br /> Selectman Lawrence further moved that the dog not be allowed to bark <br /> more than f i f tees: consecutive minutes . Selectman Hanson seconded. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Selectman Hanson advised Ms . Grover that the next time a complaint <br /> is received the dog will banned from the Town. <br /> Ms . Grover was advised she will receive written notification of <br /> the restraining order. <br /> Old Business <br /> 1 ) Selectmen received a communication from the Barnstable County <br /> Co rr�iss J oners relative to the C tuit Corners Petition for <br /> additional Barnstable County Laboratory services . <br /> Selectman Thomas advised that s1:.e has spoken with F epresentati -Je <br /> Cahir who assures that he is talking with Congressman Studds who <br /> is trying to find. a solution. <br /> 2 The Board reviewed the agreement between the Town of Mashpee and <br /> the Department of Environmental Management, Division of Waterways . <br /> Town Counsel advised he has apFroved the agreement as to form. <br /> Sel ctman ' awrence moved to sign the agreement. selectman Thomas <br /> seconded. All were in favor . <br /> The Board was informed by Mr . Murphy that the Personnel Board <br /> would like t -et with therm on June 2 , 1986 to discuss their <br /> request of uprating b descriptions . <br />
