Chief Frye outlined the reasoning <br /> for this recommendation in his memorandum. Mr. Lawrence reiterated <br /> his grave concern over this traffic situation. The Chairwoman noted <br /> Paragraph 5 of the memorandum and recalled that the Town Planner was <br /> requested to make recommendations endations as to how this four-point traffic <br /> movement could be alleviated . After discussion, it was unanimously <br /> agreed to accept the recommendations of <br /> the Police C .i ehowever, <br /> a possible solution to the four-point situation will be sought through <br /> the Town Planner. <br /> 9.
