ROUTE 28/QU1NAgUjSSET AVENUE The Board retcei ved a memo <br /> from Ernie Virgillo requesting permission tO close <br /> Quinaqui55et Avenue intersection on Route 28 from November <br /> 16 through November 309 1989, Mr. Nutting asked that this <br /> decision ' postponed for one week until Mr. Virgilio has <br /> met with the State.. <br /> 2 . DISCUSSION REGARDING SPECIAL TONIN MEETING ARTICLES Mr, <br /> Gottlieb informed those present that the Department of <br /> Revenue is requiring the Town to reduce the taxing levy <br /> limit by approximately $800,000. This would require re- <br /> evaluation of the Warrant for the Special Town Meeting. <br /> Mr. Nutting added that any money that is spent at the <br /> Special. Town Meeting will come from 'free cash t there is n <br /> ability to raise and appropriate. <br /> The Board reviewed each of the artl les for the .November <br /> Special Town Meeting. <br /> The Board agreed to support Art i c 1 es 1 - <br /> The Board agreed to support Article 8f but to amend the <br /> amount to $93 ,750. <br /> The Board agreed to indefinitely pstpon Article 10. <br /> The Board agreed to support Article 11 and Article 12. <br /> Mr. Lawrence moved- to remove Article 14 from the Tarrant. <br /> Mr. Hanson seconded the motion. All were in favor,, <br /> Mr. Lawrence roved to indefinitely postpone Article 1 . <br /> Mr. Hanson seconded the motion, All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Lawrence moved to Indefinitely postpone Article 1 , <br /> Mr, Hanson seconded the motion. All were in favor. <br /> The Board agreed to support Article 1 . <br />
