Mr. Lehrer <br /> will draft a letter to be signed at the next meeting. <br /> Laurentide-Mr. Rowley reported that he conducted an inspection at Laurentide because <br /> they were seeking a temporary occupancy permit. Mr. Rowley drafted and submitted a letter <br /> stating that site work was completed, except for three small items that would be completed prior <br /> to the issuance of the final occupancy permit. Among the necessary items for completion was <br /> the ramp crosswalks at Windchime Point that needed to be ADA compliant, hydro seeding and a <br /> posting for the secondary access. Planning Board members discussed positive feedback about <br /> Laurentide. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to adjourn.
