1 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> November 9, 2009 <br /> NEW BUSINESS- <br /> Execution of Special Mate r' Election warrant: <br /> Correspondence was received from the Town Clerk slated October 23, <br /> 2009 requesting signatures of the 'Currant for the Special State Primary <br /> Election to be Meld on Tuesday, December 8, 2009. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to ratify and execute the Warrant <br /> for the Special State Primary Election to be held on Tuesday, <br /> December 8,2009. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahaiane, <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Selectman flyers absent. <br /> Execution of Ageer'nMt between Cape.Cod Commission and Town o <br /> Ma h ee-Mitigation Funds for Nitro en oadin <br /> In the absence of the Chair,the Selectmen were requested to authorize the <br /> Vice-Chair to execute an Agreement between the Town and Cape Cod <br /> Commission to utilize mitigation finds for the reduction of nitrogen <br /> loading in Mashpe. <br /> The Sewer Conunis ion at its meeting of September 15, 2009 voted to <br /> request the Commission's approval for the distribution of up to $32,000 <br /> for required archeological surveys, The Sewer Commission ion in the midst <br /> of developing a watershed Nitrogen Management Plan has had <br /> unexpected costs clue to required archeological surveys for test wells and <br /> pits necessary to determine the suitability of a number of proposed <br /> wastewater discharge locations. <br /> Four sites will be reviewed by the Public Archeological Lab(PAL) <br /> resulting in a cost of$32,000.
