20 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> December 6, 2010 <br /> OLID BUSINESS; <br /> Town 1lanr Performance Evaluation; <br /> The Board of Selectmen gave Joyce Mason,the Town Manager high <br /> regards for her performance evaluation this past year. Mrs. Jason has <br /> been a great asset to the Town of Mashpee. Several of her <br /> accomplishments include the establishment of Mashpee as a Green <br /> Community,the opening of the new Mashpee Library and bringing forth <br /> the'Town Building Needs Assessment,a Capital Improvement Program <br /> (CIP)project. Mrs. Mason was also cited for her excellent work ethic and <br /> leadership role. Overall,the Board indicated they were very pleased with <br /> her performance. Of note, communication was an area recommended to <br /> ■ <br /> improve upon. <br /> Adiourmnent: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to adjourn at 5:14 p.m. The Board <br /> will enter into Executive Session for the purpose of conducting a <br /> strategy session In preparation for negotiations with non-union <br /> personnel pursuant to MGL e.30A §21(a)(2)and/or to comply with the <br /> provisions of the public records lav relating to written employee <br /> evaluations pursuant to MGL c 30A §21 1 7 (Town Manager), and <br /> to discuss an unforeseen personnel matter.
