6 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> December 6, 2010 <br /> Execution of Order of Taking-Cape Drive: <br /> The Board of Selectman reviewed the Order of Taking to lay out the <br /> public way, Cape Drive as accepted by a vote of Town Meeting on <br /> October 18, 2010, <br /> Motion made by Selectman Richardson to move forward to execute <br /> the order of'faking for Cape Drive as shown on a plan entitled <br /> "Easement'faking and Layout Plan of Cape ]rive",dated September <br /> 2 , 2006 and prepared by Eagle Surveying. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Sherman, <br /> VOTE: -1-1. Motion carries <br /> Roll Call vote: <br /> Selectman Cook,yes Selectman Cahalane, abstained <br /> Selectman Richardson,yes Selectman 'Taylor,no <br /> Selectman Sherman,yes opposed, (1) <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearing—Annual Liquor License Renewals: <br /> Selectman Taylor indicated he would recuse himself from the referenced <br /> hearing. The Board of Selectmen opened the Public Hearing on the <br /> renewal of all liquor licenses in the Town of Mashpee. The Hearing <br /> notice was read aloud into the record. The following information was <br /> announced: <br /> All liquor license holders are current regarding-tax payments. <br /> All liquor license holders have been inspected by the Building arta Fire <br /> Departments. The following licenses have not passed inspection as of this <br /> date with the Fire Department; esperadoCarbo's and Sopranos. It was <br /> agreed the to referenced establishments would be voted upon separately <br /> and be approved subject to a passing Fixe Inspection. Sopranos and <br /> Desperados were noted to have passed the Building Department <br /> Inspection. Correspondence was received from the Chief of police slated <br /> December 6, 201 o reporting there are no incidents relative to the annual <br /> renewal process. All liquor license holders have submitted proof of <br /> Workers' Compensation Insurance as mandated by the Mate. <br /> Additionally, all §12 license holders have provided proof of liquor liability <br /> insurance to comply With the recently added mandate from the Alcoholic <br /> Beverages Control Commission. <br />
