Funds exist in the <br /> Treasurer's Department operating budget for this position, Daily assignments <br /> ill be administered by the Human Resources Department. If the luted hours are <br /> not sufficient, a temporary ' .`s ve assistant would be strongly considered. <br /> APPOINTMENTS &HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearin —Alicatior- o a Li Li uors Alteration ansion of <br /> Licensed Premises: <br /> The Board of Selectmen opened the Public Hearing on the application of Ienrich <br /> Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Liberty Liquors, Dena M. Rymsha, Manager,4 Forth <br /> Market Street,Mashpee for alteration of licensed premises. The Hearing notice <br /> was read aloud into the record accordance with pasting requirements. Ina <br /> l ymsha was in attendance with her counsel Arthur Pearhnan to discuss the <br /> license application with the Board and interested public, <br /> Attorney Pearlman disbursed an Affidavit relative to this matter to the Board of <br /> Selectmen. (enclosed in official BOS copy) The certification of abutter <br /> notification was also presented to the Town Manager. All other necessary <br /> paperwork was in order for the Selectmen's approval. <br />
