Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> July 9, 2012 <br /> Cam Cod Commission—Seek Authorily to I lio anon Funds fo.r Sewer <br /> Commis <br /> The Board of Selectrnen was requested to approve the Memorandum of <br /> Agreement between.the Torn and Cape Cod Commission for use of mitigation <br /> funds to be used for nitrogen reduction strategies in Mashpee. The mitigation <br /> funds not to exceed$8,615 are intended to be used for the Town"s SMAST work, <br /> water duality testing with UMass Dartmouth. Additional fundraising is anticipated to offset costs <br /> associated to the program.
