6 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> February 10, 2014 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Request to Extend General on Premises Hours —Artfully Yours: <br /> Tina Wagner was in attendance representing Artfully Yours, 6 Joy Street, South <br /> Cape Village, Mashpee to request the Board extend the hours of her Wine and <br /> Malt License weekdays, Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. <br /> Currently, the approved hours are from 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. <br /> Ms. Wagner indicated the instructional art studio has been very successful. The <br /> new concept to paint with an instructor has been well received. In addition to the <br /> local clientele, people have been coming from off-Cape to partake in the group <br /> activity. It was explained that in each session, all participants paint the same <br /> picture. It is a step by step process in a relaxed atmosphere that lasts <br /> approximately 2.5 hours. During this time, beer and wine is available for <br /> purchase. <br /> As a result of people aspiring to paint during the day, Ms. Wagner has requested <br /> the Board extend the hours of her current license. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to approve the request of Artfully Yours, <br /> and extend their wine & Malt, General on Premise License, weekdays, <br /> Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m, to 10:30 p.m. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Richardson. <br /> VOTE: unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Cahalane, yes Selectman Richardson, yes <br /> Selectman O'Hara, yes Selectman Taylor, yes <br /> Selectman Sherman, yes Opposed, none <br />
