The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> FALMOUTH ISSUES <br /> Torte Fudala stated that Falmouth has been attending our meetings and we have been working with <br /> therm all along. The problem has been that Falmouth has not agreed to do anything with Waquoit <br /> Bay. Torte Fudala stated that he had forwarded a suggestion to Jerry Potamis that there was some <br /> sort of constriction in the flow of Moonakis River that should be looked at with a hydrodynamic <br /> study. Torn Fudala will send an email to Mr. Potar is to recommend meeting to discuss action on <br /> the l oorakis River situation. <br /> CCC CAPE-WIDE WASTEWATER ATER 208 PLAN <br /> Torn Fudala reported a revised hearing notice. There will be a series of four hearings, one <br /> scheduled for Tuesday, October 21 st, ilashpee Town Hall. The purpose of the public hearing is <br /> to gather comments on the draft 208 plan. One of the things they are concerned about is that our <br /> draft plan is consistent with their 208 plan. So far a general statement has been issued that it <br /> appears to be consistent because we are using alternative shellfish methodology in particular. <br /> WASTEWATER ATE TREATMENT PLANTS: New Developments <br /> pr ent <br /> 1Mashpee pillage is entering the final eight million dollar phase of their upgrade including their <br /> treatment plant, with completion date scheduled for April, 2015. <br /> 2) The Memory Care Facility under construction at the corner of Old Barnstable Road and Rte 151 <br /> is under way and will be completed by year--end and ready for rove-in by April, 2015.
