Motion seconded by Selectman Mills. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Mr.Whritenour recommended the Board vote to execute the Human <br /> Service Agreements between the Town and the three Human Service <br /> Providers. (VNA,Thorne Clinic,Legal Services of Cape Cod and the <br /> Islands) <br /> Motion made by Selectman Vaccaro to execute the three <br /> Human Service Agreements as recommended. Motion seconded <br /> by Selectman Caffyn. VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Small Cities Grant Program: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Vaccaro to place the discussion <br /> of the Small Cities Grant Program on the Board's agenda. <br /> Motions seconded by Selectman Caffyn. VOTE: Unanimous. <br /> 4-0. <br /> Mr. Whritenour indicated that it is necessary to prepare the FY94 Small <br /> Cities Grant Application. The grant writing services is a reimbursed expense <br /> and a part of the administrative process. The grant must be submitted in <br /> early August to apply for state funding. <br /> Mr.Whritenour indicated that he will obtain quotes for Grant Administrative <br /> Services and select the lowest quote for services. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Vaccaro to authorize the Executive <br /> Secretary to obtain quotes for Grant Administrative Services <br /> as recommended and award the contract to the lowest quote <br /> received. Motion seconded by Selectman Costa. VOTE: <br /> Unanimous. 3-0. Selectman Caffyn abstained. <br /> *Elements of the Small Cities Grant will appear on the next agenda. <br /> Adjournment: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Vaccaro to adjourn at 10:24 p.m. <br /> The Board will enter into Executive Session at this time for the <br /> purpose of discussing a complaint from Selectman Caffyn <br /> pursuant to MGL Chapter 39, Section 23B.
