Draft 1 - March 16, 1995 <br /> Article 49. <br /> To see if the Town will vote to accept MGL Chapter 90B,, Section 1-19, and 323 <br /> CMR, Sections 2 and 4 of the State Laws and Regulations as they now stand or shall <br /> be amended, which shall be added to the Town of Mashpee Bylaw Chapter 170, or <br /> take any other action relating thereto <br /> Submitted by the Harbormaster <br /> Explanation: The purpose of this change is to bring Mashpee Bylaws into <br /> agreement with the State laws. That will allow us to write citations violations of the <br /> law on Town tickets and the proceeds will accrue to Mashpee rather than the <br /> Commonwealth. <br /> Article 50. � ��l! <br /> LT <br /> To see if the Town will vote t authori the Harbormaster as he deems necessary to <br /> write and publish regulations, pro by the Board of Selectmen. The rules and <br /> regulations shall be enforced by e arbormaster and Assistant Harbormasters.
