Inc, d/b/a Davy's Docker: <br /> Selectman Vaccaro opened the Hearing for the se of discussing <br /> - <br /> P� g <br /> the Alcoholic Beverages License and Entertaiment License of Fennucci <br /> Bros. Inc., d/b/a Davy's Locker to show cause as to why the licenses <br /> should not be modified, suspended,revoked or canceled. `' <br /> r : <br /> It was noted that over the previous several weeks, seven significant <br /> incidents have occurred outside the establishment involving patrons in <br /> eat numbers. The incidents have escalated to the extent�' e t that there is <br /> serious concern for the safety of club patrons as well as for the safety of <br /> Mashpee Police Officers and the Police officers from other communities <br /> who are routinely required to provide mutual aid to address incidents of <br /> fighting,disorderly conduct and damage to privateproperty. <br /> s <br /> Chief of Police,William Prz b lek updated the Board with reference to '3 <br /> the dates of the disturbance call received as a result of large fights,loud <br /> noise and assaults involving man patrons of the establishments. <br /> many <br /> Jeffrey Dolinsky,Manager of Davy's Locker was present to address <br /> this concern with the Board. In response to the recent incidents that <br /> have occurred,Mr.Dolinsk indicated y dicated that he was never contacted by the :s <br /> Police Department to rectify the problems. <br /> Mr.Dolinsky indicated that he is willing to offer increased security, <br /> reduce the number of patrons in the establishments from 170 to 115, a <br /> lower music decibels and further control thearkin facility in efforts <br /> P g ty <br /> to maintain his license agreements. <br /> Several residents expressed concern to the loud noise and parking lot <br /> disturbances. Antoinette Brooks and Erwin Rosenthal discussed their <br /> complaints with the Board. <br /> Morgan Peters and Paula Peters Mair spore in favor of the establishment <br /> and recommended the Board allow Mr. Dolinsky the opportunity PP tY to <br /> conduct business in the Town of Mashpee. <br /> It was noted that the approved occupancy level of the establishment is <br /> 225 patrons. <br /> Peter Caleb,President of the Mashpee Shores Association presented a <br /> petition to the Board to request license revocation in an expeditious manner. <br />
