12 BATE: 09125!17 IN THE MATTER OF EXECUTIVE SESSION It is moved by: Selectman Gottlieb That this governmental body holds an Executive Session. A Roll was Called. (see attached roll call) The Clerk of this Executive Session was designated as: Selectman Sherman quorum is being present and a Majority having voted to go into Executive Session,the Chair states that: 1. This Meeting Convened in Open Session and a.Notice and Posting of the Meeting was Given or M b.The Meeting is an Emergency Meeting . After the Executive Session,the Meeting a. will Reconvene b. Will Not Reconvene � 3. The Purpose or Purposes of this Executive Session are: L To discuss the reputation,character,physical condition or mental health, rather than professional competence,of an individual or to discuss the discipline or dismissal of,or complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee,staff member or individual. The individual discussed must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the meeting and,if the individual requests that the session be open,must hold an open session instead of a n executive session. � 2. To conduct a strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with nonunion personnel. . To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental 11 effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares. ) 4. To discuss the deployment of security personnel or devices or strategies with respect thereto, 5t To investigate charges of criminal misconduct or consider the filing of criminal complaints. � 6.
