The Compact of Cape Cod Conservation Trusts represents the Native <br /> Land Conservancy(Nin presenting a conservation restriction(CR) for the two parcels of land in <br /> moving forward for Mary .Zane Daus, the grantor;of this property. <br /> It was disclosed the Town of Mashpee was asked by the proponents to postpone their request to a future <br /> date. The Board of Selectmen tools the matter under advisement at this time. <br /> Approval of Verizon New England, Inc. and NStar Electric Cone an dba Eversource Ener Petition <br /> to locate one 1 new pole and anchor on Hain Street Route 13 - Pole Hearin 9-7-2017: <br /> A Public blearing was held on September 7, 2017 on the request of Verizon and Eversource Energy to <br /> install a new uti lity pole 4/10 S with anchor on Main Street/Route 13 o to support e i sting utility pole <br /> 4/10 located at the intersection of Main Street and Lake Avenue. The support pole is necessary to <br /> provide a 3 phase electrical primary for 13 Lake Avenue, Mashpee. <br /> It is recommended the Board approve the petition subject to obtaining the necessary Curb Cut Permit <br /> from the DPW for work within the layout of Main Street. <br />
