<br />      			7.   Conditioned that all sheds on the property be removed and no new sheds can be
<br />    				approved.
<br />       			8.  The Board issues a Variance in the amount of 27,500 from lot size, and a 50 ft.
<br />    				Variance from frontage.
<br /> 			Mr. Blaisdell seconded, yes. Mr. Furbush yes, Mr. Goldstein, yes,Mr. Gould, yes,and Mr.
<br /> 			Pittsley, yes. All were in favor for the Variance request.
<br /> 			Mr. Blaisdell asked Mr. Kirrane if he wanted to withdraw or continue the Written Finding
<br /> 			application. Mr. Blaisdell wants to make sure that the Board does not make any errors.
<br /> 			Mr. Kirrane said that if the Building Commissioner indicates that it's not necessary from
<br /> 			his perspective,than he will submit a letter withdrawing the Written Finding application.
<br /> 			Mr.  Goldstein made  a motion to  continue the  Written  Finding application  for  162
<br /> 			Whippoorwill Circle until Wednesday, September 26,2018. Mr. Gould seconded,yes,Mr.
<br /> 			Blaisdell, yes, Mr. Furbush yes, Mr. Pittsley, yes. All were in favor to continue the hearing
<br /> 			until September 26, 2018.

<br /> 			Sharon moved to approve the August 22, 2018 Meeting Minutes, Mr. Gould seconded,
<br /> 			yes. All were in favor to approve the minutes.
