The biggest issue raised was the Fire <br /> Department connection located at the end of Building #29 right on Market Street.. lir. Feronte said <br /> that is why they designated that area as "no seating". <br /> • Does not affect any parking. <br /> • Il ashpee Commons did movie event last year, but not in this area. Location was too remote <br /> so that's why they moved it. Only negative comment last year was that people couldn't find it. <br /> • Scott Carline said if crowd control or other security issues arise, they should contact the Police <br /> Department} who will assist there In any gray. Torn Feronte said they would do that, if needed. <br /> Mary Derr said in the future they may try to have some food tacks; and in the future they might <br /> have a beer tent. Dien Harrington informed them if they do thatthen they have to came back <br /> to this Committee for review. <br /> Charlie Maintanis said he personally has responded to incidents where people mistakenly hit <br /> the gas pedal and so he has some concern about people sitting and only saver horses used to <br /> block the area. Charlie suggested using something more than saw horses—use something <br /> reflective, especially since it is a night event. Jonathan Furbush agreed and said it will be dark <br /> since you're showing a movie. He said he agrees with Charlie that something has to be done <br /> to protect.people, other than saw horses. <br /> Torn Feronte said in view of the concerns voiced by Charlie, he is willing to not allow parking in <br /> the first row up against the seating area during the movie event. <br />
