Mr. Hackler r said that is their intention; and they would be happy to gate it. <br /> • Jonathan Furrbush said a major concern is that this road is done correctly from Trinity Plane to <br /> your location. <br /> • Glen Harrington asked about add rens change..."yes' to be changed. <br /> • Toni Fudala said Applicant filed a preliminary subdivision Plan, which is on the Planning Board <br /> agenda for Wednesday night. Then they would have to go to Public bearing process for <br /> definitive subdivision plan. Technically right now can't get building permit because It doesn't <br /> conform to one of the types of streets listed in theBy-Law that is acceptable for a building <br /> permit. <br /> • Tom said they have to create front property line----there is no property fine on the side. Torn <br /> said the neighbors property has been surveyed. Mr. Radler said Applicant still needs to <br /> survey their property-"-never done. <br /> • Charlie I aintanis said what is the primary use of the building...will customers be conning to the <br /> property? Mr. Hackler responded that Jinn's customers do not cone to the site; they go to <br /> customers louse. Sometimes a vendor might come. There is o sho room.n retail. <br /> They will have1 wheelers coming in on occasion for deliveries. <br /> Parking requires -12 spaces and requires it be paved. That is one of the things they will be <br /> requesting variance for. <br /> Torn stated they need architectural plans for review and need elevations. Torn said there i <br /> still a lot missing. Mr. Hackler said they will have that for net meeting. <br /> Joyce Mason suggested perhaps a letter should be put together listingeverything that is <br /> q p <br /> needed so that Applicant can prepare what is'needed by everybody before meeting. <br /> Motion: Glen Harrington motioned to continue 36 Savannah's Path used upon the leaching basins <br /> to be changed to bios gales; a gate to be showe n the Plan to b placed on Savannah's Path t <br /> deter regular use; a-legal formalized layout of the street; proposed address change for Trinity Place; <br /> provide floor plans for proposed barn and elevations; arra Landscape Plan and Lighting Flan. Also, <br /> Plan shouldgo to Ton Engineer Charlie Rowley to ve fy that it meets the lire Depa ent <br /> requirements.
