Ms. waygan read condition 3 regarding affordable housing. his. Waygan requested that the <br /> transfer of lard occur before 3 years and that the condition be added to the permit so that it did <br /> not transfer to open space. <br /> Condition 1 l involved water quality and would require either use of d -nite systems or <br /> contribute to an mount for the purpose of planting shellfish quahog seed in Ockway Bay. FucWa noted that the decision included the sidewalk <br /> Provision and there was also discussion about sheds. <br /> MOTION: lair. Ba arini made a motion to continue both public hearings to March 19 at <br /> 7:1 o p.m. Mr. Kooharian seconded the motion.
