Hied wiecki responded that most towns <br /> preferred not to have a joint review but applications could be joint reviewed on a voluntary basis. <br /> Regarding affordable housing, Ms. Waygan recommended a financial cap on the affordable <br /> housing mitigation, for example $100,000 per unit.
