A new covenant would need to be submitted and <br /> recorded with the plan. <br /> Mr. l ucki inquired about hog the development would address wastewater and Mr. Falacci <br /> confirmed that the homes would be served by the treatment plant and serviced by municipal <br /> water. Mr. Falacci added that an independent environmental monitor would be overlooking this <br /> and future projects.
