Mr. Rowley referenced the-email from Craig Cygawnoski and noted his.recornmended <br /> changes to clude the relocation of an electrical box and theprovision' of a tuning area for four 100 <br /> foot long dii Mr. Rowley suggested that a positive Grote to approve.the plans.for Grey Hawk <br /> Drive could-be taken. Mr. Rowley added that the grade had been raised for a more appropriate <br /> appearance to the area. A roof runoff'`leaching pit was also relocated away from a retaining wall. <br /> Reference,was.made to a dirt pile. fir. Hansen inquired whethet.the.revision would;affeet the, <br /> b-iilding s located on the north side of Greyhawk and Mr.Rowley-conf=ed that no buildings were. <br /> affected. ,fir. Hansen also noted that three trees remained standing within the.found'ation of Building. <br /> 37 and 38, and tagged not to cut. Mr. Fudala noted that tree removal had been permitted and theorized <br /> that the trees may have been intended for removal with the tree spade, though lair. Rowley thought the <br /> size may be too large for the tree spade. The Planning Board authorized Mr. R6W1ey.to:foil ow up <br /> regarding So thport':s plans forthe trees. There was discussion regarding the reed for a sit&walk for <br /> Buildings 3 9, 3 4 and 3 5, where approval had been received for the-clearing of the site for.the_- <br /> sto ckpiles, located in the footprint of the buildings. A petition of 65 neighbors had also been <br /> submi tted expressing concern about the potential for-increased noise. A public he ring 111 take l ce <br /> at the ZBA. In addition, a 9,992 square foot building was being considered for Echo Road, hick was <br /> passed by Design Review with eor'ditions. Concerns were expressed regarding the application. <br /> particularly related to runoff. Another adjacent structure of 9,980 square feet also passed, with some <br /> concerns expressed and conditions rewired. Mr. Fudala stated that the adjacent properties shared the <br /> same owner but would have different buyers, so had been submitted as two separate applications, <br /> against his reco=endation. S ntuit Inn submitted a request to add retail space.and apartment <br /> building, but there were number of issues such as apartments being illegal in the commercial zone. <br /> Southworth was also considered at the meeting, as well as a Lane Bryant signage request on North <br /> Street, which was approved. <br /> orn_munit F Preser ration Committee-Ms. Wa ng reported that a stack of applications had <br /> been received and would be reviewed at the next.CPC meeting on Tuesday, November 18th. Among <br /> the appli c Ations.received were from the DPS' for $44,500 for Pickerel Core, S350,000 to continue <br /> improvements at Heritage Park, 542,500 at Atta uin Park Playground and 561.250 Santuit Pond <br /> Preserve improvement. Additionally.. the lriashpee Flousincr Authority requested S00; 0 for their <br /> rental assistance program. An application was also received from ..Habitat for Humanity for S 100.000 <br />
