All <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> Community Pres.ervation Committee-Chairman Waygan reported that Mashpee Shellfish <br /> Constable Rick York presented his proposal to assist with the removal of nitrogen from Mashpee's <br /> bags and estuaries and the Committee voted to recommend a grant of$94,000 to the program for <br /> the May 6 Town Meeting. Mr. York has indicated that the funds would assist in the removal of 1. <br /> tons of nitrogen. <br /> Environmental oversight Committee-Mr. Petersen reported that Fire Chief George Baker <br /> would speak at the next meeting to address llarshpee's Emergency Management Plan. Mr. Fudala <br /> noted that fixe breaks were also being cut in town and burns would be conducted as a means to <br /> reduce the potential for a massive wildfire as well as to improve the habitat for the New England <br /> cottontail. <br /> Historic District Commission-No update <br /> New Business <br /> Welcome-The Chair welcomed Joseph Cumming, who was voted unanimously in <br /> conjunction with the Board of Selectmen, to serve as an Associate Planning Board member <br /> C. Rowley Expense vouchers-Attendance at the February meeting totaled $195 and work <br /> with Southport totaled $95. <br /> MOTION: Mr. Bal rini made a motion to pay the two vouchers,.
