Dr. Shanahan is an <br /> experienced expert witness and has represented clients in courtroom testimony, administrative hearings, <br /> negotiations with regulatory agencies, and public meetings. Dr. Shanahan is currently a Senior Lecturer in <br /> the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, <br /> teaching undergraduate and graduate classes and serving as co-leader of the Master of Engineering <br /> Program project course. <br />
