The longest pumping distance <br /> would be approximately 2.3 miles. <br /> We would anticpate that this area could be serviced with a STEP collection system. We would not likely require <br /> lift stations as all STEP system would pump directly to the point of treatment with approriate line sizing.The <br /> increase topography, long pumping distance and large service area would likely be difficult for a grinder pump <br /> system to service without the addition of a lift station. <br /> We would suggest that a detailed evaluation of the commerical proeprty would be required to evaluate the most <br /> appropriate and cost effective method of comveying their wastewater flow to the treatment plant. <br /> Santuit Pond Collection Area <br /> The Santuit Pond service area is an established area that is completely residential. In total there are about 164 <br /> properties to be served. The service area is located adjacent to a small lake with a topography that varies about <br /> 40'.The topography generally slopes towards the lake and the treatment would be located upslope of the service <br /> area.
