r. <br /> Page 13 <br /> Mashpee <br /> Treatment capacity for this area is existing.. <br /> We would anticpate that this area could easily be serviced with a STEP collection system. We would not require <br /> lift stations as all STEP system would eaily pump directly to the point of treatment. The combination of pump <br /> distance, low building density and servie area size would make this servie areas espacially conducive to STEP <br /> collection. Lines could liberally be oversized for any potential future development with very little capital cost <br /> impact.We would suggest that a more detailed evaluation of the commerical proeprties will be required to <br /> provide onsite STEP systems for conveyance of their wastewater. <br /> Southgate Collection Area <br /> The Southgate service area is an established area that is a mix of single family residential, multi-family <br /> residential and commercial property. In total there are about 1025 equivalent residential units to be served. The <br /> topography varies about 50'and can best be described as undulating.An aerial of the area is show below: <br />
