Minutes of Combined Meeting of <br /> asbpee Design n Review Committee and <br /> ias pee Pian Review Committee <br /> Held Tuesday, February 15, 2011 <br /> Masbpee Town Hall Meeting Room 3 <br /> Design Review Members Present: Torn O'Hara, and Robert Felson. <br /> Pian Review Members Present: <br /> Richard Stevens, Building Inspector <br /> Charlie Maintanis, Local Inspector <br /> Joel Clifford, Fire Inspector <br /> Tom Fudala, Torn Planner <br /> Michael Benton, Police Department <br /> Glen Harrington, Health Agent <br /> Catherine Laurent, IDPW Director <br /> Richard Stevens called the meeting to order at 9:05 a.m. <br /> 723 Falmouth Road <br /> Hatern Enterprises Nominee Trust <br /> Modification of their Special Permit SP-00-215 <br /> Attorney Mike Ford and Taylor Cord , Project Engineer, appeared. Mike Ford said they were last <br /> here at the January 18 DesignReview/Plan Review combined meeting with a full presentation to both <br /> boards. He said they vent to Z A and they were asked to return to Design Review/Plan Review t <br /> make sure everything had been looked at. <br /> Mr.-Ford said today they discussed landscape arra parking at Design Review meeting. <br /> They used the Fire Department template and Fire Depa ent e-mailed that 'it is tine. <br /> They had septic system inspected and sent copies to Board of Health and it does need some <br /> repairs and they indicated to Board of Health they would, indeed} male those repairs. <br /> The storm water system they intend to install needs a maintenance plan and if you want to <br /> make that a condition Mr, Ford will add to his report. <br /> o retail other than-cigarettes, which is there now. <br /> They were also informed that the increase in gallons with all new tanks and new piping <br /> requires Board of Selectmen approval. <br /> For the increase there is a whole process to go through with the Fire inspector and they <br /> understand that. <br /> Glen Harrington clarified that on the tank registrations the Board of Health does residential <br /> tanks; commercial tanks are to be done by the Fire Department. <br /> Glen said he was asked to look at the storm drainage. He pulled out the file and found there <br /> are 5 lesion pits that go off of the catch basins at the entrance and exit off the property and <br /> they are catch basins with gas traps so they do meet our requirements. Only thing missing is <br /> there is no maintenance agreement to have the catch basins cleaned. Board of Health asks <br /> that here basically be a napkin that's hung installed to pick up the petroleum and gets cleaned <br /> out as part of the maintena.rce. <br /> Glen advised that as part of the road cut Klass Highway also:in their agreement requires the <br /> catch basins have to be maintained so that has to be as a condition of this plan. <br />
