The applicant had a <br /> meeting with the Fire chief who researched the fire break with the state <br /> Fire Marshall , The applicant agreed to add the 30 foot fire break. <br /> Attorney Angus has developed some wording for the homeowners association's <br /> required maintenance of i t. <br /> Attorney Angus sent the Board a copy of the letter he seat to the Fire <br /> Chief and the Chief ' s response . Merganser also agreed to require a <br /> sprinkler system in each house. There will be a deed restriction requiring <br /> maintenance of the fire break and the sprinkler system in each house . <br /> Chief Baker , in his letter to the Board , wrote that this would produce one <br /> of the better subdivisions, safety wise. <br /> Attorney Angus said they will have to fine tune the wording with Town <br /> Counsel . <br /> Mr, McGrath said still pending before the Board is the 3 alternatives at <br /> the entrance . The Board has not decided which design they prefer . <br /> The Beard reviewed the plans of the alternatives <br /> One alternative has 11 ft maximum wall , with 6 grade . He <br /> asked the applicant to tell him why he should grant those 2 waivers for <br /> this subdivision? <br /> Attorney Angus responded that the role of the Planning Board is to make <br /> 2 <br />
