Tobey �nd his family said they were prepared to �et the <br /> proper access required b� the town^ <br /> Mr - Coffey said th� line of s:1.ght m�ght not be ab'le to be <br /> addressed on the site due to tho topography on the other lot�. <br /> Mr . Tmbey' s daughter said the enbankment couId be cut doon to <br /> ma�ar 1t a safe acce�s. Mr .
