Triple M shall either contract directly with a contractor to install such traffic signal, in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Mashpee Director of Public Works and Police Chief, or shall reimburse Mashpee for all costs it incurs in connection with any contractor(s) it engages to install such traffic signal. In either event, Triple M shall bear all costs and expenses in connection with the installation of the signal.
