The enclosed binder(the"Enclosure') includes in tab numbers 1-8 the direct <br /> responses to the questions raised in your Letter to Applicants, dated December 21,2018 (the <br /> "Letter")attached hereto. <br /> Further,we have enclosed selective information about our comprehensive business plan, <br /> including the overall targeted scope of our enterprise and other targeted venues,for you to gain a <br /> detailed understanding of why we so strongly believe that a synergy between the Town of <br /> Mashpee and our brand would be mutually beneficial. <br /> It is important to note that while we are extremely interested in placing our flagship retail store, <br /> offering a complete variety of recreational Cannabis products in Mashpee,we are also hopeful, if <br /> welcomed by you,to locate our main business hub in your Town. We have already secured two <br /> (2)property lots totaling 147,886 sq. ft., of which the smaller lot of 57,499 sq. ft. would be used <br /> for the retail business. The other lot provides ample space to house the different components of <br /> our Massachusetts headquarters. <br /> We propose and have greatly advanced our vertical business model,meaning we will.also <br /> cultivate in-house the Cannabis we retail in our three (3)recreational retail locations. We desire <br /> our flagship store to be in Mashpee on CCC Mashpee Holdings' main campus,which will <br /> include plentiful parking, state of the art security,regular community educational services about . <br /> the products and the industry, and an open production facility model, as further explained below. <br /> Our other retail locations, currently in varying stages of the licensing process, are located in' <br /> Brighton and South Boston,Massachusetts. <br /> While we are focusing exclusively on the application for a host agreement for the sale of <br /> recreational Cannabis in this submission,we feel that it is important to communicate the <br /> magnitude of the many benefits our overall business model would bring to the Town once <br /> 3 <br /> 101 Arch Street,8th Floor—Boston, Massachusetts 02110 N drpike@nv-ccc.com <br />
