How quickly the Host Agreement can be negotiated and signed; <br /> 2. The Application with the CCC process; <br /> 3.. Approval of building permits;and <br /> 4. Construction of the retail facility. <br /> We forecast, assuming that we can enter into a Host Agreement with the town of Mashpee no later than <br /> by end of February 2019,that we could be up and running the retail establishment sometime in Q4 of <br /> 2019,or earlier if the Town would grant us a temporary variance to sell out of a secure temporary <br /> structure as banks often use when setting up in new locations while simultaneously building the new <br /> permanent structure-.We could have this up and running by the beginning of the Sumnner Season on our <br /> 77 Echo Road lot,or the adjacent lot also owned by us so as to not interfere with construction and keep <br /> patrons safe. <br /> The Company already has contractual relationships for all inventory, including edibles. <br />
