PROFILE: RICHARD P. NOONAN MAsHrEE, MA 02649 I am a retired executive with senior management experience in: general management, sales,marketing and operational planning.I have worked at a number of Fortune 500 companies such as AT&T,Nortel, Xerox Corporation and the national accounting firm RSM/McGladrey. I spent the early part of my career with AT&T in New England and New Jersey. I progressed through the sales and marketing ranks gaining experience in sales management,industry marketing,product market- ing,product management and marketing research.Also had operational assignment as Branch Manager for AT&T Information System's where I led operations in Providence RI and Boston MA. I left AT&T in 1987 to join a turnaround team in Rochester NY for Computer Consoles,Inc. a technology company that developed,manufactured, sold and,supported highly integrated hardware and software solu- tions for the telecommunications industry. I was the Vice President of Domestic&International Sales Op- erations.The company returned to profitability and was acquired by STC Ltd/Nortel Networks in 1990. I joined Xerox Business Services,Xerox Corporation's outsourcing division,that same year and held a number of marketing and operations positions including: General Manager of the Health Care Practice, Vice President& General Manager, New York Tri-State Region, Senior Vice President,North American Solutions Group and lastly, Senior Vice President for Global Account Operations. I left Xerox in 2003 and joined RSM/McGladrey as Managing Director and COO for their New York/Con- necticut operations. In 2006 he was appointed as Executive Vice President of Operations and Region Managing Director for the Northeast Region. I retired from McGladrey in May 2010 and moved to New Seabury full time. I have a BBA from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and an MBA from Babson College.I am a past associate member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. In the past I have served as an advisor to Johnson&Wales College,Providence RI, advisor to Rochester Institute of Tech- nology's Telecommunications Graduate Program and a former coach for Babson College's Center for Leadership and Teamwork. My wife Nancy and I are'active members in the Falmouth Yacht Club in Falmouth MA. I have served on the Board of Governors,Membership Committee Chair,Nominating Committee and currently serve on the House and Finance committees. I am also a member of the Saugatuck Harbor Yacht Club in Westport CT,where where I served on the Board of Governors for 10 years and served as Commodore for 2 years, which is the equivalent of President for non yachtingiboating organizations. I have been very active within the New Seabury community where I have served on the Greensward Vil- lage Board for over 5 years and Special Maintenance for 2 years. I am currently the President of the New Seabury Home Owner's Association.
