<br /> The Board of Selectmen opened the Public Hearing on the application of ASZS Group, Inc. d/b/a
<br /> Mashpee Mart, Zohaib Shahid, Manager for a new Seasonal All-Alcohol Beverage Package Store
<br /> License. The establishment is located at 44 Falmouth Road, Mashpee, MA and consists of 1,320 sq.
<br /> ft. of retail space, 400 sq. ft. of storage space, one restroom, two entrances and three exits. In
<br /> accordance with posting procedures,the hearing notice was read aloud into the record.
<br /> Attorney Robert Mills was in attendance with Zohaib Shahid, Manager to review the license request
<br /> with the Board of Selectmen. It was disclosed there is a deficiency in the manager section of the
<br /> license application. The corrected paperwork removing the typo was submitted to the Board of
<br /> Selectmen. It was reaffirmed Mr. Shahid is a stockholder in addition to being a director and operator
<br /> of the subject establishment. Being no public comment,the Board motioned as follows.
<br /> Motion made by Selectman Gottlieb to close the Public Hearing.
<br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton.
<br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0.
