9 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> November 13, 2017 <br /> LIAISON REPORTS <br /> Monthly Drop-in Night: First Tuesday of each month from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the <br /> Community Health Center, 107 Commercial Street, Mashpee. The monthly drop-in night at the CHC <br /> has proved to be a very strong program with great leadership and participation. <br /> FDIC: At the last EDIC Meeting guest speaker Steve Johnson discussed OpenCape fiber optics. <br /> The Mashpee Chamber of Commerce and local businesses will be invited to the January meeting to <br /> review high speed options for connection. Additional information may be found on the website: <br /> www.opencape.org. <br /> Cape Housing Institute: The series of training for elected and appointed municipal leaders and staff <br /> to develop a comprehensive housing supply strategy was deemed a well-attended and an informative <br /> program. Upper Cape meetings were held at the Mashpee Library <br /> 950 Falmouth Road: Four housing type plans are being considered in the conceptual site design by The <br /> Horsley Witten Group, engineers hired to complete (Phase 11) of the Affordable Housing Development <br /> Feasibility Study at the town owned 950 Falmouth Road site. The Cape Cod style schematic design is <br /> a favorable option.
