It was <br /> noted that the Police Department recommends the appointment of Constable <br /> to meet the criteria of the position as set forth in the job description. <br /> ee <br /> Serving as Constable,Mr.Pellegrini would be assigned to the Mashpee <br /> Police Department for Special Service to enforce motor vehicle laws. It <br /> was noted that supervision for the position will be handled by the Police <br /> Departments and compensation will derive from the School Department. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to appoint John Pellegrini <br /> as a School Crossing Guard as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Dinizio. <br /> VOIE; Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> The Board requested further information with respect to the appointment <br /> of Constable. *Agenda items next meeting. <br /> JR/SR HIGH SCHOOL: <br /> It was noted that the new Mashpee High School officially opened today. <br /> School Committee members, Steve Paxton and Kathy Lynch addressed <br /> several concerns with the Board with regards to cleaning issues, and the <br /> completion of phase II of the project scope. <br /> MMR I <br /> Selectman Caffyn, a member of the Senior Management Board updated <br /> the Board with regards to recent MMR issues. As noted,Foothill <br /> Engineering Consultants has been working in conjunction with the <br /> four Cape towns in a positive fashion. <br /> Several priorities are the FS-12 and SD 5 plumes in addition to further <br /> testing and delineation of the existing plumes. <br />
