NEW BUSINESS <br /> None at this time <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness Program Discussion & Application Process <br /> Update-Mr. Lehrer noted that he had provided Board members with the draft application, adding <br /> that he was seeking a letter of support from the Board. <br /> Request for Release of Funds Held in Escrow, 33 Trinity Place, Cotuit Solar-Mr. <br /> Rowley confirmed that he was still awaiting word from Mr. Geyser regarding the completion of <br /> the gravel approach. <br /> Consideration & Possible Action to Accept Performance Bond for Lot Releases, <br /> Ockway Highlands-Mr. Lehrer reported that he had been in contact with Mr. Morin's bank, <br /> regarding the agreement that was established between the bank and Mr. Morin. A tri-party <br /> agreement among the bank,the Town and Mr. Morin, was now being drafted. In the event there <br /> was a default, the Town would be able to utilize the funds to complete the necessary work. The <br /> agreement should be ready for the next meeting. <br /> CHAIRMAN'S REPORT <br /> March 4 Board of Selectmen Meeting-It was confirmed that the next meeting would <br /> focus on Affordable Housing and would take place on March 4 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> BOARD MEMBER COMMITTEE UPDATES <br /> Cape Cod Commission-No update <br /> Community Preservation Committee-No update <br /> Design Review Committee-No update <br /> Plan Review-No update <br /> Environmental Oversight Committee-Vice Chair Cummings reported that the EOC had <br /> submitted a letter of support for the MVP. Funds for the Community Gardens had been <br /> approved by the CPC. The first shellfish permit was suspended due to theft and there would now <br /> be a system to tagging bags of shellfish to better identify them. Johns Pond Association agreed <br /> to comply with the nutrient Control Bylaw. Southport would spend $40,000 to irrigate the golf <br /> course. The fish ladder would be repaired at Johns Pond. The Quashnet River restoration <br /> project would be funded by the Air Force,the CPA and Falmouth's Childs River Restoration. It <br /> was also reported that research was being completed to study issues at Santuit Pond, including <br /> addressing the herring count and possible dredging to remove phosphorus. White cedar was <br /> being considered for the bog restoration. <br /> Greenway Project & Quashnet Footbridge-No update <br /> Historic District Commission-No meeting <br /> MMR Military Civilian Community Council-MMR Joint Land Use Study-No <br /> update <br /> UPDATES FROM TOWN PLANNER <br /> 950 Falmouth Road Request for Proposal-Mr. Lehrer reported that the RFP for 950 <br /> Falmouth Road had been released for an affordable housing project of up to 69 bedrooms. <br /> 3 <br />
