C. 44B, §6 to reserve from the Community Preservation Fund Budgeted for Appropriation Reserve,the following amounts: $I3,896 1O% Open Space/Recreation Purposes $13,896 I0%for Historic Purposes $I3,896 1OY6for Community Housing Purposes or take any other action relating thereto. Submitted by the Community Preservation Committee The Community Preservation Committee recommends approval ofArticle 5 byavote of7-O Explanation: This is a "clean-up" article to meet the requirement of reserving funds from the supplemental CPA FY 2019 Trust Fund distribution. The amount of FY 2019 CPA State reimbursement received by the Town of MaShpee was $158,957 higher than the initial 8s1irnGt8. We are required to set aside 1056 of those excess funds and deposit them into each of the [PA reserves. Funding shall de/iv8frohl the Community Preservation Budgeted for Appropriation Reserve. The Board of Selectmen recommends approval ofArticle 4 by a vote of 4-0 The Finance Committee recommends approval ofArticle 4byavote of6-0 Article 5 To see if the Town will vote to re-authorize the appropriation and transfer from the Community Preservation Fund Budgeted Reserve for Appropriation, in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 44B, §5, $l519OOfor the purpose ofextending the time limit ofthe appropriation to fund the acquisition of the property located at9{}uashnet Road, Mashpee, identified on Assessor's Map 44, Parcel 11comprised o[4.212acres,including any necessary costs and expenses related thereto, as recommended by the Community Preservation [nnnnnd±ee, and further to authorize the Board of Selectmen to acquire the fee interest in said property by gift, purchase, or eminent domain taking, for open space and passive recreational use purposes, said lend to be held under the jurisdiction and control of the Conservation Commission in accordance with the provisions of G.L. t. 4O, §DC, ortake any other action relating thereto.
