I 11V ' WARUZANTNioe 18 <br /> 1)1 A�_ MAY 2019 S III"CIL,A &,AN N(JA 1, 'I'MV N MFf, 4j <br /> Explanation: This article is to appropriate funds for the FY 2020 capital budget. <br /> The Board of Selectmen recommends approval of Article 3 by a vote of HOLD <br /> The Finance Committee recommends approval of Article 3 by a vote of HOLD <br /> Article 4 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to approve the annual regional school district budget for the Cape Cod <br /> Regional Technical High School District for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019, in the amount of <br /> $15,087,000, and further, to see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of <br /> $1,037,767 to meet its share of the cost of operation and maintenance of the Cape Cod Regional <br /> Technical High School District for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019, or take any other action <br /> relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Board of Selectmen <br /> Explanation: Mashpee's share of the Cape Cod Regional Technical High School budget is <br /> $1,037,767.There are 49 students from Mashpee at the Cape Cod Regional Technical High School, <br /> a decrease of 4 students from last year. <br /> The Board of Selectmen recommends approval of Article 4 by a vote of 4-0 <br /> The Finance Committee recommends approval of Article 4 by a vote of 6-0, <br /> Article 5 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to approve the regional school district debt assessment for the Cape <br /> Cod Regional Technical High School District Building Project for the fiscal year beginning July 1, <br /> 2019,in the amount of$7,732,364, and further,to see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate <br /> the sum of$611,150 to meet its share of the cost of debt for the Cape Cod Regional Technical High <br /> School District Building Project for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019, or take any other action <br /> relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Board of Selectmen <br /> Explanation: Mashpee's share of the Cape Cod Regional Technical High School debt for the Cape <br /> Cod Regional Technical High School Building Project for Fiscal Year 2020 is$611,150. <br /> The Board of Selectmen recommends approval of Article 5 by a vote of 4-0 <br /> The Finance Committee recommends approval of Article 5 by a vote of 6-0 <br /> Article 6 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and transferthe sum of$250,000 from revenue available <br /> for appropriation to the Other Postemployment Benefits Irrevocable Trust Fund, or take any other <br /> action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Board of Selectmen <br /> Explanation: This article will add funds to the OPEB Irrevocable Trust Fund which was established <br /> in FY 2013 to assist the Town with meeting its potential post-employment benefits obligation. <br /> The Board of Selectmen recommends approval of Article 6 by a vote of 4-0 <br /> The Finance Committee recommends approval of Article 6 by a vote of 6-0 <br /> Article 7 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and transfer the sum of $1,381,680 from revenue <br /> available for appropriation, to be deposited into the Capital Stabilization Fund, or take any other <br /> action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Board of Selectmen <br />
