Submitted bythe Board ofSelectmen Explanation: The goal of this project is to digitize the content of the K4ashpee Enterprise weekly - - newmpaperfrnnnthe beginning of its publication in 1994 to the present. Digitization of the content to a public online archive will preserve this valuable historic resource while making it easily accessible and searchable 1othose in the MaShpee community and beyond. Submitted bythe Board oFSelectmen Explanation: This article would provide funding for complete design of Phase l of the sewer collection system to be connected to the wastewater treatment plant adjacent to the Town's solid waste transfer station. Work on the collection system design would begin in late summer 2019 and be completed in December 2OZO, with construction ofthe sewer collection system anticipated in 2021 through 2O23, pending funding and permitting for said construction.This project isoneofthe initial steps implementing the Town's Watershed Nitrogen Management Plan/CVVK4P. The Board of Selectmen recommends approval ofArticle 11byovote of 5-0.
