Coiling asked to be placed on the agenda for 2 /5 ", : r , Mike hakunas of johns Pond Estates came before the board to find the status of the Sarah & Rebecca Land Cn , Mr. Dubin said he mistakenly let them take the plan but be was supposed to hold it until they got the covenant siEned by Mr. Condon. ne said they did have a covenant signed by Mr . Devaney and the covenant was noted on the plan. He said he would check with the Registry of Deeds to see if it had been recorded and they would discuss it at the next meeting , Ceorge Anway said in speaking with some attorneys he felt there would be Tproblem with changing the 5 .5 zoning by-law with the date being 1/l/77 . C. Parsters felt many attorneys who hadn't been made aware of the change should have a chance to protect themselves and the date should be changed to that of the special town meeting date . 4r . Dubin made a motion that the date on the article be the date of the special town meeting. Rs . Stone seconded it and Vr . JN onas , r . Dubin and. �r . Parsters voted in favor. Vs . Stone abstained from voting . Kr . Dubin said he will tell Selectmen Tr ery of the vote . Nr . Ferreira didn't show regarding the preliminary plan for Shellback Way and the deadline is 1/6/85 . hr . Rowley said he didn 't know what the grade of the road will be . Mr. Karsters made a motion to accept the preliminary plan subject to the applicant producing the informatq ion required 111 kr i , Rowley's report at the next meeting. vs . Stone seconded and or . Dubin, Mr . varsters and Mr . Jonas voted in favor. Ms . Stone voted against . hr , Dubin will write the decision in a letter to the Town Clerk and Mr. Ferreira .
