MEMORANDUM <br /> To: Honorable Members of the Town Hall Building Committee <br /> Ken Marsters, Selectman <br /> Bob Whritenour, Executive Secretary <br /> Joyce Mason, Assistant to the Executive Secreatary <br /> From: Cynthia Sturges, Community Development Administrator <br /> Date: October 8, 1997 <br /> Re: Status of grant funds for the Town Hall project <br /> An accounting of the $327,383.00 granted to the Town Hall renovation project follows: <br /> Amount Status <br /> $263,045 Already paid out to Town for reimb. of construction costs. <br /> 9,610 OK to pay (difference between orig. CO's and revised CO's). <br /> 5,985 OK to pay (Application 49 and partial CO 96). <br /> 28,405 OK to pay(from Application#8)1 <br /> . <br /> 2,660 OK to pay when rear stairs are done. <br /> 16,320 OK to pay when retainage is released. <br /> Once all the aforementioned payments have been made, all but $1,358.00 of the Town <br /> Hall portion of the grant will have been spent. Of that, $1,000.00 had been earmarked for <br /> the ADA portion of the Town Hall audio-visual system. <br /> $875 is the grant portion of Circo/DOL directive($3,476.39 is the Town's);$5,000 is the grant portion <br /> of the estimated Riordan/DOL directive($20,000 is the Town's); and$22,530 will be paid to the Town for <br /> reimbursement of construction costs. <br />
