MEMORANDUM To: Honorable Members of the Town Hall Building Committee Ken Marsters, Selectman Bob Whritenour, Executive Secretary Joyce Mason, Assistant to the Executive Secreatary From: Cynthia Sturges, Community Development Administrator Date: October 8, 1997 Re: Status of grant funds for the Town Hall project An accounting of the $327,383.00 granted to the Town Hall renovation project follows: Amount Status $263,045 Already paid out to Town for reimb. of construction costs. 9,610 OK to pay (difference between orig. CO's and revised CO's). 5,985 OK to pay (Application 49 and partial CO 96). 28,405 OK to pay(from Application#8)1 . 2,660 OK to pay when rear stairs are done. 16,320 OK to pay when retainage is released. Once all the aforementioned payments have been made, all but $1,358.00 of the Town Hall portion of the grant will have been spent. Of that, $1,000.00 had been earmarked for the ADA portion of the Town Hall audio-visual system. $875 is the grant portion of Circo/DOL directive($3,476.39 is the Town's);$5,000 is the grant portion of the estimated Riordan/DOL directive($20,000 is the Town's); and$22,530 will be paid to the Town for reimbursement of construction costs.
